1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or contracting services from Beta Byte Technologies, you agree to comply with our master service terms, statement of work (SOW) deliverables, and technical service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in a customized enterprise contract, all custom software code developed for a client becomes client property upon full milestone payment settlement.

3. Support & Service Warranties

Beta Byte Technologies provides dedicated bug-fix warranty periods post-deployment and ongoing SLA support plans for ERP, CRM, and hosted cloud solutions.

4. Jurisdiction

All service contracts and operations are governed under the laws of Punjab / India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali).
